2.15pm: Flag hoisting at NKDA
2.30 pm: Inspection of decoration at Eco Urban Village and Rabindra Tirtha
3pm: Flag hoisting at Eco Park Gate 2 and accepting salute of security guards
3.30pm: Inspection of Speed Radar, drones and drone flying with live song at Eco Park
5pm: Inspection of decoration at MWM
6pm: Manipuri Dance at Rabindra Tirtha
