Dailey C. O'Neil Inaugurates First New Town Mela
Mr Dailey C. O'Neil, Management Officer, US Consulate General, Kolkata visited my office in the afternoon as per schedule. After the meeting, I requested him to visit the New Town Mela and inaugurate it. He graciously agreed. A photo:
