kudos to you for bringing in this much professionalism to HIDCO. I am sure that this would be highly beneficial in the long run. On a sidenote, I stay at AA-IIC (Akankha Complex); our area has 4 complexes but does not have any community market and park. Request your urgent attention please.
This ia a bold step to implement Bio metric cards to hidco. sir , in our office-HIT ,employees of all categories( my observation) - 80% Engineers & 60% other employees used to report by 10-45am to 11am , and others within 11-15am to 12pm.But 60% employees left by 4-45 to 5pm and 20% by 5.45pm and 20% by 6.00pm to 6.45pm. Sir ,if we get any such directive from U D deptt. to install Bio-metric system to regularise the daily attendance , then it will be easy to start. I have discussed with our chairman sri s.sarder and CEO Sri sikder. Please advice & guide us as we are urnestly trying to generate Revenue. Sir , we want your valuable one hour time in your daily busy schedule at your convenience to discuss the present crisis - no fund to take up new/existing projects , except ppp mode project and own housing projects , where HIT has sound expertise on- Bridges and Elevated structures ,BUILDINGs- different types and Public health engineering ,Roads for urban and village areas., Auditoriums , Stadiums and so on, having a team of vastly experienced with 10-12 Masters in Engineering, 10-12 Graduate Engineers. @soumik: Thanks. We are starting a local market in AA-II. Next year we will lok at AA-II --- @mrinmoy: borrow (from Financial Institutions), build (commercial spaces) and lease/rent out - that is the mantra.
yes sir , we have already taken up such Comm.Complex , housing and construction of stadium complex with commercial & housing on PPP Mode. to earn L.S one-time and regular earnings. But to maintain the pension of 550 ex-employees and present 350+ employees , we need assistance from UD DEPTT. LIKE SALARY GRANT. Sir , your intervention and consideration only solve our long due assistance towards PENSION FUND.
