Digha Development Board may engage HIT to implement the forthcoming developement work decided by state govt. I have discussed with the different scopes with our Engineer fellows and now we are mentally ready to go beyond district of Howrah ( HIT ACT Amendment needed)for revenue income utilising our strong manpower (Engineering , drawing , surveying , estate , valuation).HIT may charge 12-15% TOWARDS OUT SOURCING AND MAINTAINING / ENSQUALITY CONTROL.
