For LIG, family income must be less than Rs. 15,000 per month.; for MIG,it is Rs. 25,000 per month. Cost of LIG flat will be about Rs.4.51 lakhs. For MIG, price will be about Rs. 10.12 lakhs.

Really appreciate Govt intiatives for Action Area II B market. We as residents of that area (residends of Hiland willows/Malancha/Anamikha/Sunrise point and others) missed this event. Being a prospective resident of this area I also would like to request you to address and initiate transportation issue. This area is bit inside from the main road and most of the residential projects have started handing over of apartments. Without proper transportation, this would be very difficult to stay here.

I am interested in purchasing a 'sali' land in Chanda Kathal Beria Mouza; about 1 bigha. This will be purely for investment as there is a proposed 4 lane planned from wipro site in AA III to Basanti highway. The land i am seeing is in the area behind proposed NSG hub along the canal. As there are a lot of notorious elements involved in duping people of their money in the area some one adviced me to be cautious. Sir, wanted to know whether it is wise to invest in that area after all checks have been carried out. And what does the future hold in this particular stretch. Any other advice/suggestion will be of help to me. Is the four lane coming up anytime soon. Regards.

ReplyDeleteSir, the application kits for Sukhobristi are unavaliable in most of the banks where it was supposed to be avaliable. And dalals/ brokers have bought such forms and some of them also have the audacity to write in your comment here above saying that he has a form and has given his mobile number to contact. Please look into this, if you had made it available online also, with an option to pay by draft or online as JEE application forms, it would have been much smarter.

DeleteHi Nur.. I have one query.. In the lucky draw I got one MIG flat. Right now I am in Bangalore.. After trying several times to reach to the Builder (SP) Today morning I was able to talk to them.. it was regarding the payment procedure.. then told me that they gonna send application forms to each applicant whose name has come up in the draw to their permanent address and on basis of that application form we have to go ahead with our payment.. now when I asked they told the application form they will send in the month of April.. now my query is as per the book given to us while submitting the application it is written that we have to initiate our payment within the 2 months from the date of luck draw. and if they send us appl form in April then it is kind of running to deposit the amount at eleventh hour.. by any chance are you aware of this ?

As long as elections are over they cant allot a flat officially (Lottery is not official) as Govt has given the land to SP group in lease with a nominal price. so, to some extent its a state govt PPP project. so wait for 3 more months

Result of Draw of Lots - Draw held on 25th & 26th February 2014
Being successful in the draw of lots does not guarantee allotment/ownership/possession of the apartment. All the 'conditions precedent' as mentioned in the 'General Terms & Conditions' have to be fulfilled and/or complied with, subject to the fulfillment of which, the Provisional Allotment letter shall be issued.
Application money received from the applicants who are unsuccessful in the draw of lots will be refunded by Demand Draft without interest and without any deduction. Demand Draft will be dispatched within 60 days from the date of Draw of lots by registered post. For details please refer clause no. 8.2 (page 9) of General Terms and Conditions.
