Second Campus of Presidency t be built by Hidco

I received a letter from Vice Chancellor of Presidency University entrusting the construction of the second campus of Presidency to Hidco. The campus will be located on a 10 acre plot adjoining the site of the State Convention Centre now under construction. The campus is to be built in three phases of which the first phase alone will cost Rs 118 crores. I held a meeting with the technical team of Hidco in analysing the concept. On receipt of the DPR, we will call bids.
