E-Auction of Plot in Salt Lake

Recently, we conducted an e-auction for four plots (commercial/ institutional) in Salt Lake. While n three plots the auction had to be cancelled for technical reasons, for the remaining, the one at JC-22 plot near AMRI hospital measuring 9 kottahs fetched a price of Rs 16 crores. (ie @ Rs 1.78 cr / kottah.

With another plot, we will do an e-auction for 4 plots next month.

Here is the new statue that is being installed at traffic island on Biswa Bangla Sarani near Gate 4 of Eco Park. The statue has been brought in from a club in Park Circus a the suggestion of Mr Shivaji Ghosh, IPS who stays in Park Circus.
