The New Town Winter Festival 2012 will start tomorrow at Rabindra Tirtha. A detailed programme has been drawn up. Response from the residents has been fantastic. Accommodating all groups was a problem and though a two hour daily programme was the target, often it has stretched the limits imposed. (And that too assuming that all performances adhere to the time slot allotted!).
